The award-winning 137 Pillars House is a stunning 30 suite boutique Hotel with a rich colonial past; built around the original colonial teak homestead which dates back to the late 1800’s.  It is located in a leafy residential enclave a few minutes’ walk from the historical Wat Gate Temple, Ping River and boutique shopping area.

The hotel is a member of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) and has recently joined their Considerate Collection.  Sister property, 137 Pillars Suites Bangkok is also a member.

Launched in 2021 to help travellers narrow the search for greener getaways, Small Luxury Hotels of the World’s Considerate Collection celebrates the environmentally-led efforts made by actively sustainable luxury hotels within the group and has since doubled in members (59 and counting) – continuing to inspire positive impact with every stay. These are pioneering properties proving that luxury is compatible with longevity. Places where we can explore and experience with intention, while protecting its peoples’ integrity. Staying considerate of our common home, wherever we may be

Anne Arrowsmith, General Manager of 137 Pillars House, is a strong advocate for sustainability.  “We have a duty of care to our community and the wider world; a duty to assume the role of custodians of our local culture, architecture, waterways, forests, animals and environment and ensure that the generations that follow inherit a world that we would recognize and want to live in”.
