Adventist Health and ASM Global announced plans for a new partnership that will rename the city of Stockton’s 10,000-seat facility to Adventist Health Arena. This agreement signals the dawn of a new level of entertainment offerings for years to come.

The announcement comes as ASM Global continues to offer a full schedule of top-level events. Upcoming acts include Jiu Jitsu World League; Gabriel Iglesias; Stockton Kings, home opener Nov. 19; JAMZ; Disney On Ice; Harlem Globetrotters; StocktonCon; Bert Kreischer; Los Tigres del Norte; and so many more that will soon be announced. Past acts that have played the Stockton Arena include Peso Pluma, Banda MS, Cody Johnson, Journey, Mount Westmore, Boyz II Men, Disney On Ice, Harlem Globetrotters, Professional Bull Riding, WWE, AEW, Stockton Kings and Stockton Music Jam.

This is only the beginning, major upgrades to the arena have already begun with a new 360-degree LED center-hung, ribbon boards and back-of-house enhancements. Other upgrades will include new LED sports lighting, club lighting, dressing room enhancements and conference room upgrades, to name a few.

Jason Perry, general manager for ASM Global Stockton, said, “This is more than simply changing the name of the arena; it’s about bringing together the private and public sector into something that is more than branding. This partnership will bring a new and creative way of thinking about events while welcoming new community members to our events through our Community Benefit Program. We at ASM Global look forward to this new partnership with Adventist Health, a true pillar in our community that will continue to bring great pride to the City of Stockton and the Central Valley.”

“We are excited and honored to partner with the City of Stockton and ASM Global in establishing the Adventist Health Arena as a major public event and entertainment venue in San Joaquin County and the Central Valley,” says Adventist Health Lodi Memorial President Brooke McCollough. “Our organizational mission is to inspire health, wholeness and hope, all of which contribute to happy, fulfilling lives. We believe that this wonderful arena will provide numerous opportunities for residents and visitors to experience joy in many different ways for years to come.”

“This is another milestone celebration for Stockton,” said City Manager Harry Black. “We are excited to have Adventist Health as a partner as we continue to showcase all that Stockton has to offer. Kudos to ASM Global and our City of Stockton Economic Development Department for getting this over the finish line. This is in alignment with the City’s Economic Development Strategic Action Plan, and, with these investments, Stockton will become even more of a destination for sporting and entertainment events.”
