Supporting the Hong Kong boating industry
CMC general manager Winnie Ng said the Club will continue to support the development of the boating industry which has a growing importance in the local economy.
Ng remarked: “We hope the Government could recognise the increasing demand for pleasure boat moorings and berths. An increase could benefit the industry which in turn contributes to more employment and business for shipyards, marine equipment, services and supplies and marine tourism.”
The Show is widely regarded as Hong Kong’s most popular and successful boating event which serves as an important platform for the promotion of boating and water sports as well as other related trades including financing, insurance and marine communications.
