Secret Ingredient, India’s food consulting firm for the restaurant and hospitality industry, highlights its successful project completions at three distinctive venues: Niko, a modern Asian restaurant in the heart of Gurgaon; La Croute, an artisanal pie shop and café in Sunder Nagar, Delhi; and Bonita, a globally inspired European bistro in Arossim, South Goa.

For these diverse culinary offerings, Secret Ingredient provided a wide range of consultancy services, including market research and feasibility studies, detailed concept development, interior and graphic design collaboration, kitchen and bar planning, and hiring and training the core teams.

Kula Naidu, Director of Secret Ingredient, shared, “At Secret Ingredient, we go beyond just food – we create a complete experience. Niko offers an upbeat yet calming atmosphere; La Croute provides a warm and welcoming vibe, while Bonita is all about relaxation and indulgence. Each venue has a distinct character, from the ambiance to the décor and overall food and beverage offerings. We meticulously ensure that every aspect, from kitchen efficiency to staff training, operates seamlessly.”

Secret Ingredient’s involvement with Niko, Bonita, and La Croute adds to their broader portfolio of stories, which includes collaborations with some of India’s most iconic brands across 28 different cities in India.

Sid Mathur, Director at Secret Ingredient, stated, “Our team conducts thorough research to ensure dining experiences that are unique, inventive, and feasible. We oversee every aspect from the outset, focusing on guest experience to culinary offerings. Our goal with these projects was to create menus that celebrate rich flavors and resonate with today’s diners, who seek new and exciting experiences. The feedback we’ve received is a testament to the hard work and creativity that went into these projects.”

Specialising in solutions for both new and existing restaurants, Secret Ingredient also extends advisory services to hotels, malls, and schools. The firm’s unique perspective stems from years of hands-on experience in the F&B industry, including operating restaurants and delivery outlets across India and advising some of the biggest names in the food industry.
