ANA InterContinental Tokyo is thrilled to announce its upcoming luxury room renovation project which will see Japan’s rich culture celebrated throughout new, alluring designs across 759 rooms over the next 15 months. This ambitious initiative aims to elevate the guest experience and reinforce the hotel’s position in Tokyo’s luxury hotel market.

Scheduled to begin on the 2nd of October 2023, the renovation will encompass various room categories, including luxurious suites and premium rooms. With meticulous attention to detail, the newly designed rooms will bring new levels of sophistication through design concepts that celebrate Japan’s rich culture and traditions. Every aspect of the rooms will reflect the hotel’s commitment to delivering unparalleled comfort and modern luxury to our guests.

Michael Janssen, General Manager, expressed his enthusiasm for the transformation, stating, “We are excited to embark on this comprehensive room renovation that aims to strengthen our position in Tokyo’s competitive hospitality market. Guests can expect a renewed ambiance of understated luxury combined with international standards of excellence reflecting the essence of Japanese hospitality.

During the renovation period, ANA InterContinental Tokyo remains fully committed to ensuring minimal disruption to guests’ experiences. With rooms available from January 2024 onwards, restaurants and bars will remain fully open and serving highlights such as the famous Afternoon Tea in Atrium Lounge, Boost in The Steakhouse and 2 Michelin star French Cuisine Pierre Gagnaire are preparing their Autumn menu. The latest addition, Brewer’s Coffee and Bar will be serving authentic coffee and artisan cocktails. The hotel team is meticulously planning for guests to continue enjoying an effortless stay.
