Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu, Indonesia 

Now Opened 

A design collaboration between Bangkok-based Nava Studios and Jakarta’s Placebo, the 144-room Holiday Inn  Resort Bali Canggu, which is located just steps away from Canggu’s Batu Bolong Beach, seamlessly blends modern stylish design with Balinese culture against a stunning backdrop of Indian Ocean sunsets.

Each guestroom and suite comes with Holiday Inn’s signature soft and firm pillows, premium bedding, and a 55- inch TV. The resort also offers the brand’s signature KidSuites and much-loved “Kids Stay & Eat Free”  programme.

InterContinental Auckland, New Zealand
Now Opened 

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has made its debut in New Zealand’s largest city with the opening  of InterContinental Auckland.The hotel offers 139 thoughtfully designed guestrooms and suites, with the  majority accentuating the finest aspects of Auckland with scenic city and water views. Each room features a  Whariki (woven panel), selected by Beronia Scott and Te Pūawai Ōrākei Marae, the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei weaving collective, helping guests embrace the locale’s unique culture.

In partnership with internationally renowned chef, Gareth Stewart, Advieh Restaurant & Bar opens as the hotel’s  all-day dining destination, presenting a contemporary twist on Middle Eastern inspired cuisine while  championing New Zealand’s finest produce.

Six Senses Kyoto, Japan
Opening: April 2024  

Six Senses Kyoto marks the brand’s exciting entry into Japan. Its 81 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and  suites, ranging from 42 to 238 square meters, are ingeniously arranged to offer views of the peaceful central  courtyard, the gardens of the neighbouring Toyokuni Shrine, or the beautiful city panorama of treetops, temples,  tea shops, and rooftops.

Authentic Japanese traditions and décor run throughout, with quirky touches inspired by folklore, The Moon  Rabbit, and the 11th-century classic Tale of Genji. The pinnacle of the accommodation is the Three-Bedroom  Penthouse Suite. Secluded on the top floor of the hotel, it is an oasis of calm, ideal for multi-generation  travellers, or guests looking to host private events and get-togethers on the adjacent rooftop terrace.

InterContinental Halong Bay Resort and Residences, Vietnam
Opening: Late 2024 

InterContinental Halong Bay Resort and Residences draws inspiration from its beachfront location in Halong  Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site which includes more than 1,600 islands and inlets forming a spectacular  seascape of limestone pillars. Being Halong Bay’s first international luxury resort, the property sets itself apart  with immersive resort facilities, complete with its very own private beach and an enviable view of Halong Bay’s  famous limestone karst structures. The property features 175 guest rooms at the resort, while the residences  will be made up of 60 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and 41 villas. Guests and residents  alike will be able to enjoy five restaurant and bar outlets, four pools, a gym, a kids club, and a spa.

Opening: Late 2024 

 Dinso Resort & Villas Koh Chang, Vignette Collection will open following an extensive renovation to the former  Emerald Resort Koh Chang. Poised upon the white sandy shoreline of Klong Prao Beach, the 166-room resort  brings blissful beachfront relaxation to the Eastern side of Koh Chang. 13 villas come with their own private  pool. Additional facilities include three restaurants and bars including a beach club, 750 square meters of  swimming pool, and spa and fitness facilities.

Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach, Indonesia
Opening: Q3 2024 

Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach will feature a variety of locally inspired dining options at Sugarbeats, home to  the resort’s signature beach club, beach restaurant and neighbourhood café, in addition to thoughtful guest  amenities including a gym and infinity swimming pool. The resort is located just a short 10-minute drive from the  Bandar Bentan Telani ferry terminal.

Rumah Luwih Bali, Vignette Collection, Indonesia
Opening: Q4 2024 

Slated to rebrand as Indonesia’s first Vignette Collection property in late 2024, Rumah Luwih Bali, Vignette  Collection will be a beachfront luxury resort upon the completion of an extension renovation, offering 72  guestrooms and suites within a classical colonial-styled Indonesian mansion. Sitting upon black sand beaches  with sweeping views of rice paddies, additional facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, swimming pool,  meeting rooms, fitness centre, and spa.

Close to the slopes of Mount Agung, the area holds history of the Kings of Karangasem and temples such as  Tirta Gangga, Besakih, and the Water Palace.

Holiday Inn Express Bali Sunset Road, Indonesia
Opening: Q3 2024  

Holiday Inn Express Bali Sunset Road will mark the second instalment of the Holiday Inn Express brand in Bali,  after Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali. The 72-room hotel establishment is located within a 12-minute drive from  Ngurah Rai International Airport and enjoys a prime location along Sunset Road. It encompasses all essentials  for guests’ needs, comfort, and convenience – including dining, meeting rooms, a health club, and a swimming  pool.
