Vietjet has marked a significant milestone in its Asia-Pacific journey with the launch of the inaugural direct service from Ho Chi Minh City to Xi’an, China, and the introduction of the Nha Trang – Daegu, South Korea, route. The introduction of the Nha Trang – Daegu route coincides with Vietjet’s 10th anniversary of successful operations between Vietnam and South Korea. Starting 27 October 2024, the service linking Vietnam’s coastal city Nha Trang to South Korea’s fourth-largest city Daegu will operate seven round trips per week, further enhancing Vietjet’s extensive flight network between the two countries.

Additionally, on 1 July, Vietjet expands its footprint in China with nonstop flights from Vietnam’s largest metropolis, Ho Chi Minh City, to China’s prominent historical city, Xi’an.
